Dillingham Construction International Inc. (DCII) constructed a military seaport north of Ras Hilf on Masirah Island for the Kingdom of Oman.
The project included the development, design and construction of new military seaport facilities and infrastructure to support the demand for current and future capacity, maintenance and expansion, environmental impacts on sea life, financing options for funding infrastructure requirements, and additional considerations to include the identification, preparation and possible add-on of necessarily national Civil Works construction program requirements.
