Official Public Notice: The Legitimacy of Dillingham Construction International Inc.’s Work Performance Certificates is Upheld by the Highest Administrative Court in Turkey

As Dillingham Construction International Inc. (DCII), with our global experience spanning many years, we have repeatedly proven our reliability and competence in the heavy civil engineering sector with the projects we have undertaken all around the world in the fields of construction and engineering. We are a global brand that has successfully taken part in many prestigious projects from the Los Angeles Metro in the United States to the Masirah Island Military Airfield in Oman; from the Sakara Military Airport in Egypt to the Izmir-Aydın Highway and Izmir Ring Road.

However, unfortunately, in some media outlets, some unfounded and untrue allegations targeting our company have recently been brought to the public agenda. Due to these false allegations, eight of DCII’S project performance certificates were suspended in Turkey until the Turkish courts were able to assess them.

A lawsuit was filed with the Ankara, Turkey 8th Administrative Court for the purpose of examining the validity and authenticity of Dillingham Construction’s work experience certificates. The court reinstated DCII’s eight project performance certificates on September 20, 2024. The decision was then upheld by the higher Ankara Regional Administrative Court’s 7th Administrative Litigation Chamber on April 29, 2025, bringing an end to the question of the legitimacy of DCII’s eight project performance certificates registered in Turkey.

With this decision, the accuracy and validity of Dillingham Construction International Inc.’s work experience certificates have been accepted and approved by the highest judicial authorities in Turkey.
